A low-cost, evidence based fitness and fall prevention program for older adults of all fitness levels to become more active, energized, and empowered. Build fitness through cardio workouts, including light weight lifting. For all fitness levels.

Daily Balance (In-Person) Instructor: Jan
Monday – Friday 11:00 – 11:30 am No Cost

Daily Balance is a comprehensive strength and balance class which includes elements of laughter yoga, breathing and right-left brain exercises. Both standing and sitting exercises are included. A nice segue into the lunch hour, you can come for just one day, once a week or, five days a week

Chair Yoga for Parkinson’s (In-Person) Instructor: Leo
Tuesday 1:00 – 1:45 pm
Thursday 11:00 – 11:45 am No Cost for Parkinson’s participants – otherwise $5 Member/$10 Non-Member

Yoga assists with body awareness, building strength and flexibility. This class incorporates chairs as a balance aid for stability in seated and standing poses. Wear loose fitting comfortable clothes. Shoes may be kept on. The class is open to anyone interested in building a yoga practice!
