Dancing is a fun whole-body workout. It's good for your heart, it makes you stronger, and it will help with balance and coordination. Freestyle dance is so fun and liberating. It captures the essence of what dance is really about – moving for the sake of matching motion to music. No dance experience needed. Great for new and experienced dancers.
