This class is for both beginning meditators, as well as for those who have meditated periodically. This class will expose the student to various meditation approaches drawn from a number of spiritual practices and traditions. It is intended to develop mindfulness, reduce stress, improve concentration, increase self-awareness, and further spiritual growth.
