Chair Yoga

Practice positions to build strength and flexibility while deepening relaxation. All abilities are welcome. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. This class is perfect for people who want additional assistance to balance during yoga poses. Punch Card for 4 classes available.
