Metro

The 44 Bus Line stops in front of Ballard NW Senior Center main entrance on 32nd Avenue NW. Visit their website for information on their services. Metro has over 200 routes in the Puget Sound area. Many buses connect to Link light rail, Sounder trains, Seattle Streetcars, King County Water Taxis and Washington State Ferries.

Metro Access

Access takes you anywhere a Metro bus, Seattle streetcar or Sound Transit light rail goes at that time and on that day of the week. Access customers go grocery shopping, to work and school, to get their hair cut, to check in with their doctor, meet up with friends, or to enjoy a local park. Call this program at 206.205.5000

Hyde Shuttle

Hyde Shuttle is a program of Sound Generations. Hyde Shuttles transport older adults (55+) and adults with disabilities of all ages to hot lunches at community partner sites, senior centers, grocery shopping, and other errands within King County, Washington.

Volunteer Transportation

This is a program of Sound Generations. Volunteer Transportation helps older adults (60+) get to medical, dental, and other essential healthcare appointments.
